Vancouver, British Columbia – July 4, 2024: Longhorn Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: LEX) (the “Company”) announces the commencement of its work program on the Lily Rock Hydrogen Project in Kansas, USA. This strategic initiative aims to leverage advanced technologies and integrated methodologies to uncover and evaluate potential natural hydrogen resources. The work program is expected to consist of initial mapping field surveys. These efforts will generate magnetic anomaly maps, identify structural characteristics, and analyze geochemistry.
LONGHORN EXPLORATION RECEIVES FINAL TSXV APPROVAL FOR HYDROGEN LEASE ACQUISITION AND CLOSES FINANCING
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 27, 2024: Longhorn Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: LEX) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its April 18, 2024 news release, it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange of its previously announced arm’s length acquisition of an exclusive right and option to acquire and assume PureWave Hydrogen Corp.’s rights and obligations under the Lease Agreements and closed its non-brokered private placement consisting of 8,825,000 common shares.
